AdX facilitates advertising campaigns between advertisers and participating locations, offering technology for campaign creation, management and delivery.

Account and contact details, advertiser and society/inventory-partner information, technical and usage data, communications, and payment information.

To administer accounts, provide services, facilitate campaigns, manage inventory, process payments, communicate, verify identity, prevent fraud, and improve our services.

We process data with consent, to provide requested services, to perform contracts, to meet legal obligations, and for legitimate business purposes. Consent can be withdrawn.
05Advertising and Campaign Data
We process campaign information such as name, content, duration, locations, inventory, pricing, performance, delivery metrics and billing information.
06Residents & Society Members
AdX does not require resident databases for advertising delivery; resident personal information should not be disclosed without authorization.
07Sharing of Information
Shared with service providers, advertisers and societies to facilitate campaigns, with authorities where required by law, and in connection with corporate transactions.
08Data Retention
Retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, then deleted, anonymised or disposed of.
09Data Security
Access controls, encryption, secure infrastructure, logging and backups protect information — though absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
10Cookies & Similar Technologies
Used to keep users signed in, remember preferences, understand usage, detect fraud, measure campaigns and improve experience. Controllable via browser settings.
11Marketing Communications
Service-related messages continue; promotional communications are sent where permitted and can be opted out of.
12Children's Privacy
The platform is intended for adults and businesses; we do not knowingly collect children's information.
13Your Rights
Subject to law, you may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, and raise grievances; verification may be required.
14Data Transfers
Infrastructure or providers may be located outside your state or country; transfers outside India remain subject to applicable law.
